After uploading, scan for likely ALL-CAPS emphasis, criticism of Claude, and anger. This runs only if you tick it. It reads every message you sent, so it takes a while on a large export — you'll see its progress. ALL-CAPS uses a dictionary check to skip acronyms (IRS, DARPA, etc.); criticism and anger use keyword and sentiment heuristics. Treat all three as a starting point to correct in the Review tab, not a verdict. This never overwrites flags you've confirmed yourself — automatic and your own flags are always kept completely separate.

Duration is the time between the first and last message on a given day for that conversation, with any idle gap of 15 minutes or more excluded — a conversation can show several separate session blocks in one day if it was picked up and put down. Times are shown in your browser's local timezone.

⚑ Critical of a Claude response ! Angry A Contains an ALL-CAPS word

Critical and angry are judgment calls; ALL-CAPS is mechanical. All three can be corrected by hand in the "Review & flags" tab — this view reflects your overrides.

Every message you sent is listed below, in your own words, so you can check my automated flags against what you actually meant rather than taking my word for it. Toggling a box overrides the auto-detected value for that message; it does not change the message text.

This saves one self-contained file with both the automatic tags and your confirmed flags embedded in it — load that file directly next time and everything comes back automatically.
